The short version: look around, enjoy the mountain, use the press kit for coverage with credit. Our games are in development, so everything about them can change. Do not send us confidential ideas through the contact form, and do not reuse our art outside the press-kit terms without asking.
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the website fallendahu.ch. By using the site you accept them. They do not create any contract for services or products; those are agreed separately, in writing, per project.
2. Content and games in development
The site presents Fallen Dahu, our games and our services. We keep it accurate and current to the best of our ability, but we give no warranty for completeness or correctness. In particular, our games are in development: features, content, platforms, dates and everything else shown or described can change or be dropped without notice. Nothing on this site is a promise of a future product or feature. Concept artwork is labelled as such and is not gameplay footage.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site (artwork, illustrations, characters, game names, logos, text, code and design) is owned by Fallen Dahu or used under licence from its creators. It is protected by copyright and, where applicable, trademark law. You may view the site and share links to it; any other reproduction, modification or commercial use requires our prior written permission.
Press kit exception: assets published on our press-kit page may be used by press, media and content creators for coverage of Fallen Dahu and its games. Please credit Fallen Dahu, and the named artist where one is credited. For any other use, ask: info@fallendahu.ch.
Third-party names and logos shown on this site (partners, supporters, institutions, past collaborations) belong to their respective owners and appear for factual reference only; their display implies no endorsement.
4. Unsolicited ideas
Please do not send us confidential material (game pitches, designs, scripts or other creative ideas) through this site. Anything you submit via our forms is treated as non-confidential: we take no obligation to review it, keep it secret, return it or compensate for it, and we may already be working on something similar. If you want to collaborate formally, start with the Work with us form and we will set up a proper conversation first.
5. Playtests
Signing up for a newsletter or a playtest does not guarantee a spot. Playtest builds and keys are pre-release material, provided as-is, for you personally: do not redistribute, sell or publicly share them. Each playtest invitation states what you may record, stream or post; when in doubt, ask before publishing. Feedback you give us about a build may be used freely to improve our games, without compensation or attribution obligations.
6. Newsletter
The newsletter is free, sent a few times per season, and every email carries an unsubscribe link. How we handle your address is described in the Privacy policy.
7. External links
The site links to external websites (partners, platforms, social networks). We have no control over their content and take no responsibility for it.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Fallen Dahu excludes liability for damage arising from the use of this site or reliance on its content. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, remains reserved. The site may be modified, interrupted or discontinued at any time.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes and final provisions
We may update these terms; the version published here, with the date above, applies. If a provision proves invalid, the remainder stays in force. These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Place of jurisdiction is Nyon, canton of Vaud, Switzerland, subject to mandatory statutory venues.
