Fallen Dahu

Bring us the
hard part.

A pitch that won’t land. A Godot build that’s stuck. Art that needs production-grade polish. A funding dossier without a studio behind it.

We’re a small senior game development team in Nyon, Switzerland, offering design consulting, Godot development, art and asset production. Tell us which one is yours.

Your project stays
close to the makers.

We make our own games, and the same senior hands take on a few outside projects at a time, never more than we can do properly. Limited slots keep every engagement focused, with a clear start and a clear finish. We scope small, communicate plainly, and hand over work you can keep building on without us.

Shape. Build.
Polish.

One line up the mountain, three stations. Join us at whichever one your project has reached.

Station 01 · Base camp

Game design & direction

Game design consulting, creative direction, and pitch & funding support: we tear the concept down with you and rebuild the version worth committing a team to. We’ve pitched for and won Swiss public funding for our own work, and we’ll help you shape a dossier a jury remembers.

Station 02 · The ascent

Godot prototypes & tools

Godot development, prototyping, and full games for brands, events, and exhibits. From empty project to playable proof: clean code, a clear next step, and a handover you can keep building on without us.

Station 03 · The summit

Art direction & assets

Art direction and asset production under one coherent eye: concept, 2D/3D, animation, VFX. The last stretch is what makes a good game look like it was always meant to exist.

Also on the trail: talks, teaching, and game-design & game-art workshops built on real production stories.

Our current production puts the same design, Godot, art-direction and funding skills under real pressure.
